I AM Humor complies with DGS guidelines

The show I AM Humor: A Saga Continua, at the Coliseu do Porto Ageas will comply with all the rules and rules of hygiene, safety and public health recommended by the Directorate-General for Health.

As can be read in an official publication of the Colosseum, the show will operate on the following rules, applicable to production and spectators:

“The Coliseu team implemented a set of changes, according to the recommendations of the Ministry of Culture and the Directorate-General for Health:

• Buy the ticket in advance
In order to avoid queues at our ticket office, tickets must be purchased, preferably, until the day before the performance of the show. We are currently working on reduced hours: Monday to Saturday, from 1 pm to 4 pm. In transactions, give preference, whenever possible, to using a contactless bank card, avoiding the handling of payment terminals or notes and coins. You can also buy your tickets online, at www.coliseu.pt.

• Bring your best mask
From the simplest to the most decorated, all are welcome. According to the rules defined by the health authorities, the use of a mask is mandatory when entering the Colosseum. Keep it in place throughout the show. And don’t forget to adjust it correctly to your face, protecting your nose and mouth.

• Keep the respiratory and hygiene label
There is disinfectant gel for all tastes and it can be accompanied by your favorite bottle. The Colosseum also has dispensers at the entrance, in the corridors and W.C. in all sectors and floors. Don’t forget to disinfect your hands when entering and leaving. Avoid touching the eyes, nose and mouth. And wash your hands regularly with soap and water or disinfectant gel, covering all areas of your hands for at least 20 seconds.

• We reinforced cleaning
Our cleaning teams have been reinforced in order to guarantee the hygiene recommended by the health authorities. Before and after the rehearsals of the artists, the installations are cleaned, as well as before the doors are opened to the public, during and after the show.

• Respect the seat distance
One of the main changes at the Colosseum is the reduction in capacity. With a maximum capacity of 4000 people, Coliseu Porto Ageas now has a maximum audience of 1500 spectators. All seats are seated and marked, including the Gallery and the General, ensuring the recommended distance during the performance of our shows. Interval places are marked and must not be occupied.

• The arrows indicate the path
From the entrance to the Main Room, you will now find some signs designed to facilitate circulation inside the Coliseum. The arrows indicate the direction of travel, so that there is a distance between those who circulate in opposite directions. And, in bars, brands mark the recommended distance to form a line.

• When the curtain closes
At the end of the show, we ask that you remain seated for a moment longer in your seat and wait for the instructions from the room attendants. Departures will be made by sectors, in order to guarantee the comfort and safety of all spectators.

If you experience symptoms such as dry cough, fever and difficulty breathing, stay at home and immediately call the Saúde 24 line, on 800 24 24 24. If the symptoms manifest inside the Colosseum, explain the situation to one of our assistants room, keeping the safety distance, so that we can trigger the contingency plan.

The show will have a double session – at 4 pm and 9:30 pm – and tickets can be purchased at: Blueticket, Worten, Fnac, El Corte Inglés and the Coliseum ticket office.
